Why I do this work
I've sat with too many women carrying pain in silence.
I'm Sachin — a coach for women who feel quietly overwhelmed. I grew up watching the women closest to me hold everything together while slowly disappearing inside themselves. Smiling on the outside, exhausted on the inside.
That's why I do this work. Not to fix you. Not to teach you to push harder. But to walk with you, gently, while you put yourself back together — at your pace, in your way, in a space that finally feels safe.
